Who is this AI mentoring for?
There are plans for different stages. The ongoing plans are built for recruiting agency owners and solopreneurs, and for individual recruiters, talent acquisition managers, and talent sourcers who want a steady 1-on-1 cadence. The 30-Day Intense plan suits anyone who wants to level up their AI recruiting skills fast, and the Team plan brings a whole recruiting team of up to ten up to speed. Across all of them we start from your current skills and goals, build a personalized roadmap, and put the right AI workflows into your real recruiting week. If you are in the job market yourself, the recruiter and 30-day plans also cover interview role-plays.
Do I need to be technical to benefit?
No. You do not need to code or set up anything complicated. Every workflow is explained step by step, and the calls exist precisely to help you set up and adopt new AI tools without friction. If you can use Google and LinkedIn, you can do this. The goal is practical: leave each call with clear recommendations and next steps you can act on, not theory. I prepare for each session around the notes you send, so we spend the time on your real situation rather than generic advice.
Can I pay monthly or annually, and in my own currency?
Both ongoing plans can be paid monthly as a subscription you can cancel anytime, or as a single annual payment for twelve months. The 30-Day Intense and Team plans are one-time payments. Every plan is payable online in all supported currencies (EUR, USD, GBP, PLN, INR, CZK, CHF). The price you see on the page is the price you pay at checkout, tax inclusive, handled securely by Stripe. Switch the currency selector on the site and the prices update everywhere.
Are these subscriptions or one-time payments?
It depends on the plan. The two ongoing mentoring plans (for agency owners, and for recruiters) can be paid monthly as a rolling subscription, or annually as a single payment that covers twelve months with no auto-renewal. The 30-Day Intense plan and the Team plan are one-time payments for a fixed engagement, a month or four weeks respectively. Nothing comes off your card again unless you chose the monthly subscription, and you can cancel that anytime from your billing portal or by emailing me.
How do the calls and support work?
On the ongoing plans you get one online 1-on-1 call each month at a time that suits you: 60 minutes for agency owners, 45 minutes for recruiters. You send your notes beforehand, I prepare around them, and you get written recommendations and next steps after each call. The 30-Day Intense plan includes four hourly 1-on-1 sessions in a month plus WhatsApp support between them. The Team plan includes four group video calls over four weeks. Every call is scheduled around your calendar, never a fixed slot you have to rearrange your week for.
What will we actually focus on?
For agency owners, the focus is AI in business development, candidate sourcing, team productivity, and agency operations, the levers that grow a recruiting business. For individual recruiters, we focus on using new AI tools more effectively, progressing in your recruiting career, and practicing job interviews through role-plays so you are ready to succeed. The 30-Day and Team plans build concrete AI sourcing and screening workflows you can run every week. In every case we shape a roadmap first, then work through it call by call so progress is visible.
What happens right after I pay?
You get a payment receipt and invoice by email, and I personally reach out to schedule your first call and get your notes. Because these are high-touch engagements, onboarding is handled directly by me, not an automated drip. If you chose a monthly subscription you can manage or cancel it anytime; if you paid annually you are set for twelve months. You will hear from me quickly so we can book the first session and start working through your roadmap.
