Recruiting OS

Sourcing keeps getting harder. Your stack should help, not pile up.

Recruiting OS replaces the random pile of webinars, AI tutorials, and half-finished experiments with operational systems — workflows, prompts, live builds, and tactical guidance, all designed to be implemented immediately in your stack.

For recruiters, agency owners, and recruiting leaders modernizing how they source, automate, and operate.

Sound familiar?

Most recruiters are learning AI randomly.

Watching isolated webinars and generic AI tutorials does not create operational advantage. Here's what it actually looks like in the trenches:

  • LinkedIn returns the same 12 stale profiles.

And by the time you message them, three other recruiters already did.

  • AI tools change every quarter.

You don't know which ones are worth your time — or how to actually integrate them into your work.

  • Personalization eats your day.

Writing one decent outreach takes 10 minutes. Writing 40 takes a workday — so most go generic.

  • Webinars don't compound.

You watch one, take notes, and three weeks later nothing in your workflow has changed.

  • Your team scales by hiring more recruiters.

It should scale by improving the system. But nobody has time to build the system.

  • AI is moving faster than your stack.

Every week there's a new thing. You can't tell signal from noise on your own.

The answer

Recruiting OS is the operational platform that turns AI into a system, not a hobby.

Not a course. Not a webinar series. A continuously updated library of recruiting workflows, organised into Capability Labs — each one focused on a specific operational outcome.

  • Modular

Subscribe to the Lab you need today. Add others as they ship. Cancel anytime.

  • Tactical

Every workflow ends in a deliverable — not a feeling.

  • Operational

Designed to live in your stack, not on a course platform.

  • Compounding

Prompts, templates, and live builds stack up — your team keeps everything they build.

What changes

From learning AI to running it.

The point isn't to know more about AI. It's to ship more candidates, with less repetitive work. Here's what subscribers report in the first 30 days.

  • Before

Sourcing the same role for the third month, still no shortlist.

    After

Talent map + sourcing plan in under two hours, defensible to the hiring manager.

  • Before

Generic outreach. 4% reply rate. Burnout.

    After

40 personalised messages a day in 90 minutes — and replies you actually want.

  • Before

Recruiters spending hours triaging messy candidate data.

    After

Auto-enriched profiles arriving shortlist-ready, with red flags surfaced upfront.

  • Before

Asking the team to 'use more AI' without a system.

    After

Workflows, prompts, and templates everyone reuses. The system gets smarter every week.

How it works

Four surfaces inside every Lab.

Designed to feel operational — not educational.

  • Workflows

    Tactical implementation guides

Each workflow is one outcome, one toolset, one set of steps, copy-able prompts. No videos to watch — systems to ship.

  • Live Builds

    Members-only working sessions

Tactical sourcing breakdowns, real candidate searches, automation builds. Replays included.

  • Templates

    Prompts, spreadsheets, blueprints

Reusable artifacts that compound. Some included with your subscription, some available as paid add-ons.

  • Ask Michal

    Tactical implementation guidance

Lab-scoped operational questions get reviewed several times a week. Public answers compound into a searchable knowledge base.

Frequently asked

Is this a course?

No. It's a continuously-updated library of operational workflows, with live builds and a marketplace inside. You don't watch lessons — you implement systems.

How is this different from a generic 'AI for recruiters' resource?

Every workflow is scoped to a specific outcome a recruiter actually needs — sourcing, enrichment, outreach — and tells you the tools, the steps, and the prompts. No theory, no fluff, no motivational language.

What tools do I need to subscribe to?

At minimum: Claude (paid plan recommended, free works for most workflows) and a spreadsheet. Some workflows reference LinkedIn Recruiter or specific enrichment tools — but the core is reasoning + structure, not vendor lock-in.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly subscriptions cancel from your billing page; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

What if my company wants to buy access for the whole team?

Team plans cover up to 10 users for one Lab (€249/mo) or all Labs (€399/mo). Buy from the team page after signing in, or talk to us if you need more than 10 seats.

Will this still be useful in a year as AI changes?

That's the point of the format. Workflows are revisited monthly and the freshness stamp tells you when each one was last verified. If the underlying tool changes, the workflow gets updated — not retired into a graveyard of stale tutorials.
