Defaults we plan around
- Remote or on-site. Hybrid works when everyone can see the same doc or whiteboard.
- Typical cohort: 6 to 25 recruiters, coordinators, or sourcers; larger orgs often run two sessions by seniority.
- Recording: optional by policy; exercises still work when recording is disallowed.
