Workshop on Sourcing with AI

Private cohort workshop for sourcing teams and TA pods who own discovery and top of funnel. These pages spell out format, sample exercises, tooling, logistics, optional post-workshop engineering, and how to book.

Format & deliverables

How delivery works, and what your team leaves with

Executive briefing plus sourcing working session

Half day (about 3 to 3.5 hours) or full day

Pods ramping fast, mixed search skill across the desk, and you want live exercises plus a starter playbook in one shot.

  • Includes live rebuilds of anonymized sourcing artifacts, a takeaway prompt pack, and starter skill playbooks from our store your team can rename and extend.
  • Optional: TA leadership alignment add-on as a separate short brief if intake scope keeps shifting searches.

Focused working session

90 to 120 minutes

Teams with a crisp objective, for example outreach overhaul or weekly plan plus handoff template.

  • Tighter scope and fewer modules; you still leave with checklists and templates you can run next week.

Deliverables

  • Skill playbooks from our catalog (see the store): packaged skills your team can customize, trim, and start using immediately in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Cursor, and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Team prompt patterns and rubrics aligned to discovery, list building, first-touch outreach, and handoff (not a generic handout).
  • Quality gates: what must be verified before external comms or before candidate snippets leave approved surfaces.
  • A practical data-minimization habit sheet for day-to-day sourcing tasks.
  • 90-day adoption suggestions (lightweight): office hours, spot checks on search drafts plus outreach pairs, and refresh triggers when providers ship new models.

Want builds and integrations after the training day? See Post-workshop support.

Defaults we plan around

  • Remote or on-site. Hybrid works when everyone can see the same doc or whiteboard.
  • Typical cohort: 6 to 25 sourcers or recruiters who still own search; larger orgs often run two sessions by market or seniority.
  • Recording: optional by policy; exercises still work when recording is disallowed.
