Private cohort workshop for sourcing teams and TA pods who own discovery and top of funnel. These pages spell out format, sample exercises, tooling, logistics, optional post-workshop engineering, and how to book.
Logistics
What we need on the day
- Participants should have access to their everyday tools (email, ATS links, docs). If LLM access is restricted, we adapt exercises to rubrics and paper checks.
- AV: stable screen share, breakout capability for remote cohorts over about eight people, and a shared doc or whiteboard.
- Pre-work (light): 5 to 10 anonymized examples of strong and weak sourcing artifacts, or synthetic substitutes if needed.
- Post-work (optional): one office-hours window for questions about two weeks after the session.
