FAQ

Questions GTM leaders ask before booking

Is this compliant with our MSAs and customer data rules?

The workshop covers minimization, verification, and boundary rules. Your counsel still interprets MSAs and DPAs. If your policy requires it, we run exercises on anonymized or synthetic examples only.

We already have ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot licenses. Will this still help?

Yes. A license gives access; it does not give you shared rubrics, CRM handoffs, or sign-off paths. The session is where those get written down and rehearsed on your real GTM steps.

Our machines are locked down. Can we still do exercises?

Probably not on the locked-down laptops themselves for the full interactive lab. We figure something out together: for example a remote virtual machine your team can connect to under IT rules, or other formats we align with your security contact before the session.

Do you train on our data?

No model training on your data is part of this offering. Exercises should use policy-appropriate examples; I follow your security instructions for live sessions.

Languages and time zones?

English by default; multi-region teams usually split sessions by hub. Ask if you need a different language for delivery.

What if we need recruiting or sourcing depth instead?

Use the function-specific recruiting and sourcing team workshops from the team workshops index when the gap is hiring workflows rather than customer pipeline and campaigns.

Can you help after the workshop with integrations or automation?

Yes, as a separate scoped engagement. An engineer on our team can help implement OpenClaw for the group, wire CRM or enrichment into approved models with guardrails, add n8n or API glue, and push adoption metrics you already defined in the session. Say what you want in the contact form and we reply with a time-boxed proposal.
