Team workshops
Workshop on AI in Marketing & Sales
Private cohort workshop for marketing, sales, and RevOps leaders. These pages spell out format, sample GTM exercises, tooling, logistics, optional post-workshop engineering, and how to book.
Format & deliverables
How delivery works, and what your team leaves with
Executive briefing plus GTM working session
Half day (about 3 to 3.5 hours) or full day
Cross-functional cohorts, mixed tool skill, and you want live rebuilds plus a starter playbook in one shot.
- Includes anonymized real artifacts where policy allows, a takeaway prompt pack, and starter skill playbooks from our store your team can rename and extend.
- Optional: leadership alignment add-on as a separate short brief on ICP and claims ownership if strategy keeps shifting mid-quarter.
Focused working session
90 to 120 minutes
Teams with a crisp objective, for example outbound overhaul or account brief template only.
- Tighter scope and fewer modules; you still leave with checklists and exemplars you can run next week.
Deliverables
- Skill playbooks from our catalog (see the store): packaged skills your team can customize, trim, and start using immediately in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Cursor, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Team prompt patterns and rubrics aligned to research, content, outbound, and CRM handoff (not a generic handout).
- Quality gates: what must be verified before external send, site publish, or pipeline stage changes customers see.
- A practical minimization habit sheet for prospect and customer data in day-to-day GTM tasks.
- 90-day adoption suggestions (lightweight): office hours, spot checks on high-risk sequences, and refresh triggers when providers ship new models.
Want builds and integrations after the training day? See Post-workshop support.
Defaults we plan around
- Remote or on-site. Hybrid works when everyone can see the same doc or whiteboard.
- Typical cohort: 8 to 35 people across marketing, SDR, AE, and RevOps; larger orgs often run two sessions by motion or region.
- Recording: optional by policy; exercises still work when recording is disallowed.
