The challenge
A real-estate agency with 15 brokers has a very specific workflow for processing new leads. They couldn't find a CRM that fit, so they couldn't execute their workflow the way they wanted.
What I built
I built a new mini-CRM where they track new leads, statuses, client visits, and broker assignments. Their dispatching can steer the wheel on the fly, so they respond to client needs within a few minutes instead of days.
Result
An automation system that processes leads automatically, assigns them to brokers, sends notifications, and gives management real-time reporting.
