A high-performing recruiting team used Ashby ATS reporting to monitor their performance, but the built-in reports are limited and didn't let leadership see exactly what they cared about.
What I built
I built an automation that pulls data from the ATS, then aggregates and unifies it, and uses AI to prepare reporting in the exact structure leadership asked for.
