The challenge
Hiring managers had access to a company ATS with over 50,000 candidates, but the search functionality was limited to basic keywords, which made it hard to find the right candidates.
What I built
I built a system that lets managers describe in plain words who they are looking for. It connects to the ATS via API, runs several different searches, analyzes candidate profiles, ranks them, and shows the manager a list of top-ranking candidates.
As they review profiles, a hiring manager can add further criteria to narrow the search on the fly.
Result
Faster and more dynamic internal sourcing.
