The challenge
An e-commerce company knew almost nothing about the leads who subscribed on their website or opted in for a generic PDF.
What I built
I built a custom quiz where leads answer a set of questions, some of them dynamic based on previous answers, and receive an AI-generated personalized summary. This identified specific pain points and let the marketing team hyper-target leads with the right problem and solution messaging.
Result
Over 500 people responded within the first month, letting the marketing team run personalized follow-up sales campaigns.
